Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. This policy explains how order cancellations work at Honesty.


1. Cancellation Before Dispatch

  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch

Please share your order ID for faster processing.

If the order has not been shipped, we will:

  • Cancel the order
  • Initiate a full refund within 1–2 business days

2. Cancellation After Dispatch

  • Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled
  • You may request a return after delivery, as per our Return & Refund Policy

3. COD Order Cancellation

  • COD orders may require confirmation via call or message
  • Unconfirmed orders may be automatically cancelled
  • Repeated cancellations may lead to COD being disabled for future orders

4. Prepaid Order Refunds

  • If cancelled before dispatch, a full refund will be issued
  • Refund is processed to the original payment method
  • It may take 8–15 business days to reflect in your account

5. Seller-Initiated Cancellations

We may cancel an order in the following cases:

  • Product is out of stock
  • Incorrect or incomplete address provided
  • Order flagged as suspicious or high-risk

In such cases, a full refund will be issued (if payment was made).


6. Important Notes

  • Cancellation requests must be made through official support channels only
  • Requests via social media (Instagram, Facebook, etc.) will not be considered
