Refund policy

Effective Date: 19 April 2026

We want you to feel confident while ordering from Honesty. If something is not right, we’re here to help.

1. Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted only in the following cases:

  • You received a wrong product
  • The product is damaged or defective

Conditions:

  • Request must be raised within 15 days of delivery
  • Product must be unused and in original packaging
  • A complete unboxing video is mandatory clearly showing the issue

Returns without proper video proof or outside the return window will not be accepted.

2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns in the following cases:

  • Used or partially used products
  • Opened personal care or wellness products
  • Products without original packaging
  • Orders without unboxing video proof
  • Returns requested after 15 days

3. Return Process

To request a return:

  1. Contact us at support@behonesty.co.in within 15 days
  2. Share:
    • Order ID
    • Reason for return
    • Unboxing video proof
  3. Our team will review and confirm eligibility

If approved, we will guide you with the return process.

4. Exchanges

We offer exchange only if:

  • Wrong product delivered
  • Product is damaged or defective

Conditions:

  • Request within 15 days of delivery
  • Unboxing video required
  • Exchange is subject to product availability

5. Refunds

Once your return is approved and inspected:

  • Refund will be processed to the original payment method
  • Timeline: 8–15 business days

For COD orders:

  • Refund will be processed via bank transfer or UPI

Refund will not be issued if:

  • Product is used or damaged by the customer
  • Original packaging is missing
  • No unboxing video is provided
  • Return request is rejected after inspection

6. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only
  • To cancel, contact us immediately at support@behonesty.co.in or 9243154007

Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.

7. Damaged, Wrong, or Missing Items

If you receive a damaged, wrong, or missing item:

  • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery
  • Share a clear unboxing video

Without video proof, we will not be able to process refund or exchange.
